Now Hiring - Lawn & Garden Maintenance Team Member

 

We are looking to take on a hardworking & reliable team member to join our growing gardening business on a casual basis. ( 2-3 days a week depending on season) You will require your own transport to meet at the depot every day. You will need gardening experience with a high level of quality workmanship.

 

 

Below is a brief outline on what the job involves:
Garden Maintenance
Lawn Mowing & edging
Trimming of hedges & trees
Cleaning
Blowing & picking up garden debris
Removal of rubbish
Minor landscaping
Mulching/Planting

 

 

Requirements

 

- Grounds maintenance experience, combined with a good knowledge of zero turn ride on mower and other garden maintenance equipment including hedges would be an advantage.

 

-We pride ourselves on attention to detail and a strong relationship with our clients. Therefore, the individual must be well represented, motivated, very hard working, polite, punctual, and have their own initiative with an eye to detail.

 

- Organizational skills including the ability to follow through, priorities and multi task.

 

- Previous experience on a Walker would be regarded highly.

 

-Experience in mowing, edging and hedging highly regarded

 

- We are looking for a motivated individual who can be trusted and is not afraid of hard work. Due to the nature of work required, you must be able to meet the physical demands of the role.

 

-The job requires the individual to have a driver’s license.

 

-Team work and attention to detail is a MUST.

 

-Needs to be punctual every day.
